1.Prehabilitation – prevent injury.

Our injury evaluation examines:
a) Full Body Musculoskeletal Examination:
This is a 3 stage process :
Questionnaire – We want to understand in detail your past injury history
Examination – We assess your flexibility, strength, balance and joint mobility.
Prevent injury – Every client is provided with an injury report & prevention protocol.
b) Movement Analysis:
Adapted from our FitFor/Posture service, we assess your functional movement.
This is an assessment of movement patterns closely linked to the sport that you play.
Video assessment – You performing movements that relate to your sport
Digital analysis – We use specialist software to highlight and quantify movement abnormalities
Provision – Functional movement report & training protocol aiming to achieve optimal functional movement.
2. Rehabilitation – getting Fitfor/Sport

a) Acute Injury Intervention

As you recover from injury and normal movement is restored we believe in prescribing exercises that are functional to your sport. In other words rehabilitating you with your sport in mind.
