Steven Redpath, PT, Director and Creator of Fitfor/Life Physiotherapy

Clinic director and founder Steven Redpath’s personal passion for sports at the highest level has fueled his life-long interest in helping people perform pain-free at their maximum in life.

A fully qualified and experienced chartered physiotherapist, he developed his specialist interests in the fields of orthopedic medicine (Society of Orthopedic Medicine), sport and exercise medicine (University of Wales Institute Cardiff), sport massage (Belfast Metropolitan college) and strength and conditioning (UK Strength and Conditioning Association).

These specialized areas of interest for Steven form the foundation of the unique services now offered at Fitfor/Life Physiotherapy in Belfast.

Steven represented Ulster and Ireland at senior international level in hockey for several years and continues to play in the All Ireland League with the Instonians.

His lifelong passion for sport translated naturally into his career that has been based on providing you with innovative care and treatment so that you will be able to achieve your best.

After graduation, Steven gathered experience for several years at a private physiotherapy clinic in East Belfast before developing the concept of Fitfor/Life Physiotherapy.

He continues to work extensively with sporting teams and has worked with rugby teams at the school cup level, cricket (interprovincial level), and hockey (international).

He remains a consultant physiotherapist to Ulster Hockey where he has developed, implemented and overseen the introduction of injury prevention and strength and conditioning protocols.
